Give your address, a nearby landmark or the station and exit name. Ask someone nearby to help with the call if necessary.

JNTO offers 24-hour visitor assistance in English, Chinese and Korean.

The visitor hotline does not replace 119 or 110 for an immediate emergency. A data-only eSIM may not support ordinary voice calls; ask someone nearby to call.
